Nursing and Midwifery

The aim of this website is to provide nursing and midwifery students, practice assessors, practice supervisors and academic assessors with practice placement information and guidance to help all stakeholders meet practice placement quality assurance requirements. The 'Information' tile contains information relevant to all of the stakeholders groups mentioned above.

One of the important features of any healthcare course is that up to 50% of it is spent in practice placements. For many students at the School of Healthcare at the University of Leeds and the School of Health and Community Studies at Leeds Beckett University their training is the most memorable part of their programme.
